Honoring Native Culture

Join Former Miss Aloha Hula Contestant Maile Ualani Haili Stant for Keiki Hula Classes at the new pavilion at Waihuena Farm. For boys and girls ages 3-12 Tuesdays and Thursdays 5-6pm. 'Ohana Discounts Available!

Wellness Wednesdays at Waihuena Farm 

This local farm offers education and volunteer opportunities where we can learn about organic farming practices together as a community.

Potential tasks in the garden range from composting and mulching to weeding and planting. In addition to the three hours of work, volunteers are encouraged to participate in our early morning yoga/meditation session from 8am-9am and a potluck lunch at noon.

Teaching Self-Defense, Discipline and Respect

North shore teams for ages 4 years old and Up! Belen & Juli are both black belts in Taekwondo. They are passionate about teaching martial arts to kids in the community.

Music Lessons

Guitar, Slack Key Guitar, Ukulele, Piano and singing classes for adults and children

Our music programs are designed to inspire students to learn, with the goal of building strong musical proficiency.

Community Supported Agriculture

CSA helps to "keep the country country", reduces wasteful packaging, and is a conscious step towards bettering our health and well-being!

Waihuena Farm offers weekly baskets every Monday, which include organically grown greens, roots, fruit, herbs, eggs, and other value-added goodies. They also provide items from other co-op members (e.g. honey and portabello mushrooms) and backyard abundance. By joining their CSA program, youʻll have access to produce that is organically grown and harvested fresh for you the day of pick-up.

Keiki Macrame and Jewelry Classes

Providing Creative Art Classes for Kids

Ytala teaches children how to make art in balance with Mother Earth, where each piece is made with ecologically harvested natural products. Contact her for information about private or group classes.

Sunday Morning Yoga with Kendyl

Donation-based class for all ages and levels

Kendyl teaches Dharma Mittra Yoga every Sunday at 8:30-10am at a private residence near Sunset Beach.

Aloha Friday Yoga With Noelani

Donation-based Yoga for the Community

Join teacher Noelani Love from 9-10:15am every Friday at the Sunset Beach Recreation Center 

Summer surf, skate and music camps

Teaching children in the community the art of Surfing

Gavin Beschen is a professional surfer committed to giving back by helping local kids in the community. He and his wife offer Aloha Surf Experience Day Camps which include surfing, skateboarding, and music lessons.

Music Circle for Parents and Little Ones

This class fosters natural, family-style learning through music.

Children and their caregivers meet 45 minutes per week to experience new songs, chants, movement activities, and instrumental jam sessions. Younger children enjoy watching and imitating older ones; older children learn by leading younger ones; and adults are happy because the children in the family can go to class together.
