One Step at a Time
Sunset Skates is a skateboarding school located in Sunset Beach on the North Shore of Oahu. Our mission is to teach skateboarding to students of all ages in a fun, safe, and encouraging way! 🤙
Sunset Skates will benefit the complete beginner by giving them the skills and confidence they need to safely learn how to skateboard. We also help build the skills of more advanced students by encouraging creativity and independent style.
Wellness Wednesdays at Waihuena Farm
This local farm offers education and volunteer opportunities where we can learn about organic farming practices together as a community.
Potential tasks in the garden range from composting and mulching to weeding and planting. In addition to the three hours of work, volunteers are encouraged to participate in our early morning yoga/meditation session from 8am-9am and a potluck lunch at noon.
Guitar, Slack Key Guitar, Ukulele, Piano and singing classes for adults and children
Our music programs are designed to inspire students to learn, with the goal of building strong musical proficiency.
Community Supported Agriculture
CSA helps to "keep the country country", reduces wasteful packaging, and is a conscious step towards bettering our health and well-being!
Waihuena Farm offers weekly baskets every Monday, which include organically grown greens, roots, fruit, herbs, eggs, and other value-added goodies. They also provide items from other co-op members (e.g. honey and portabello mushrooms) and backyard abundance. By joining their CSA program, youʻll have access to produce that is organically grown and harvested fresh for you the day of pick-up.
